Initial Life Care Plan provides a comprehensive overview of primary diagnosis, secondary conditions, and potential complications, along with a future medical cost projection based on the current treatment plan. Medical collaboration is supported by conferences with treating physicians, specialty physicians, or through medical documentation.
Supplemental Life Care Plan is prepared every 6 months following the Initial Life Care Plan and provides an updated status report on all medical conditions, treatment plan, and costs.
Final Life Care Plan is prepared 30 days prior to trial or mediation, following review of all pertinent depositions and updated medical records, and recalculation of life expectancy and medical treatment costs.
